		<description>Thanks, Don. The Williams area lakes are fun trout fisheries. It’s great to see them full of water this year. It sounds like Whitehorse finally caught some water too and we’ll be stocking it soon as well (the road is apparently passable to it). But don’t ignore Lower Lake Mary just down the road past Flagstaff – we have stocked around 29,000 trout there so far and will stock more if we can find some.

		<description>Bruce,

 I'm from Kingman and we often head to williams to do some fishing. If you love to fly fish another great place to do so is Dogtown Lake just outside williams. Try a fly with a rooster tail... always seems to work.

Best of luck

		<description>Bruce;

Kingman is just a short trip on Route 66 (actually I-40 now) to Williams, Arizona, which has some nice, comfortable trout lakes you’ll enjoy. We just stocked Kaibab Lake with trout. There is also Cataract Lake and hopefully, Whitehorse Lake will get lots of runoff this year and fill. You can even visit the vintage Grand Canyon Train station while there and might even see a cowboy shoot-em-up (every morning like clock work).

Just down the highway, try Lower Lake Mary near Flagstaff, Ashurst Lake (trout and pike), and Long Lake (trout and pike). Right now, the trout are spawning at Lees Ferry in northern Arizona. It’s a bit of a road trip for you, and it’s best to hire a guide, but it is a world-class experience. Just seeing wild rainbow trout in bright spawning regalia is worth the trip. Seeing one jumping out of the water on the end of a trout line is a priceless experience.

Or head west and try Lake Havasu for largemouth bass (should be starting the spawn), smallmouth bass and line-burning stripers. I just received a picture of an 11-pound largemouth bass caught near London Bridge (an artificial channel) at Havasu. Fighting a lunker largemouth on a fly rod will keep you smiling all spring.

		<description>I'm looking for a place to fly fish around Kingman, AZ. I've been to Willow Beach,but I'm looking for closer locations. Im originally from NH and have lots of fly fishing gear for trout and bass, but little bits of spin gear. I'm trying to figure out the methods of fishing the deep waters in Lake Mohave. I don't have a boat, and am land locked. Any suggestions?</description>
