In addition, you can also submit written comments at Fishaz@azgfd.gov or via mail to Arizona Game and Fish Department, Fisheries Branch, c/o Kirk Young, 5000 W. Carefree Highway, Phoenix, AZ 85086.

A detailed explanation of the proposed regulation changes is available on the department’s Web site.

Once the public input is gathered and the Game and Fish Department makes its final recommendations, the Game and Fish Commission will be considering the 2009-10 fishing regulations during its Oct. 10-11 meeting in Phoenix in the department headquarters at 5000 W. Carefree Highway (just west of Interstate 17).

    Although the azgf website is pretty comprehensive, unless I’m doing something wrong I find it way outdated. With crappie season near upon us I keep looking for crappie reports right now…when & where. Can’t seem to find it. And, much of your fishing info is months old. How often to you update?

  2. Chuck;

    The report is updated weekly, and there is plenty of timely crappie information in it. It might be you have bookmarked an old report and keep going back to it. Check out the current one.
