CHEVELON CANYON LAKE — Forest road 169, north of Chevelon Canyon is open but is snow packed, so drive with caution. The lake is ice-covered. Unsafe ice conditions. Chevelon Lake is a remote hike-in lake with difficult access (north and south trail). Chevelon Canyon Creek downstream from Chevelon Crossing to the Little Colorado River is open to unlimited rainbow and brown trout harvest from Sept. 1 through March 31.
BEAR CANYON LAKE — Forest roads are closed to the lake.
BLACK CANYON LAKE — Forest roads are closed and the gate to the lake is locked.
WILLOW SPRINGS LAKE — Forest road 149 is closed. The gate to the lake is locked. Anglers will have to hike through the snow from the locked gate to the lake. The lake is ice-covered. Unsafe ice conditions.
WOODS CANYON LAKE — Forest road 105 is closed. The gate to the lake is locked. Anglers will have to hike from the locked gate to the lake. The lake is ice-covered. Unsafe ice conditions.
