I have fished all those streams. What’s more, we have stocked all those streams right before the Easter weekend, so the fishing should be pretty good. You can fish the creek near the campgrounds, or up by the village of Christopher Creek. You can also take the road toward our Tonto Creek Hatchery, and fish Tonto Creek as well. If you are spin angling, use live night crawlers with little or no weight on the smallest diameter line you can manager. Also, in those small streams, I also like using cane poles (no reel). Those are especially good for youngsters, or those of us who just want to feel young again. Check out this week’s fishing report, and I give a lot more suggestions under “Rory’s Tips.”

		<description>I was just at rose canyon lake this saturday and cought and released 35 fish. 20 browns 5in. to 9in. and 15 rainbows 8in. to 12in. I only kept one it was a 14 in. rainbow one of the biggest fish i have ever caught or seen caught out of this lake. All of the fish I caught were on flies and i caught them all around the lake, and I was fishing from 3pm to 6:45pm.</description>
