It has no shortage of trophy bass.The lake has some good structure but them bass in a spawn are eazy see and many times eazy to pull of their beds or stageing to spawn.I urge GAME+FISH to make our city ponds with better hiding for all species of fish. Saw a guy take a bass that was at least 25 ” out of suprise pond & it had to be at least an 8lb bass…..Broke my heart to see her leave on a stringer. I have released all my bass to be caught again another day, if not by me, then some other angler. I completely agree with what fishfearme has said. The bag limit for bass in urban ponds should be drastically reduced and the size limit should be increased.
