The public is invited to a free lecture on Members' Memories presented by the Sonoran Audubon Society at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at the West Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, 5904 W. Cholla St., Glendale, AZ (off 59th
Avenue, south of Cactus). Membership in the Society is not required. Refreshments will be served and there will be a free raffle.
The Sonoran Audubon Society presents a PowerPoint program on what it and its members are all about. Using photographs supplied by members and taken at various functions, you will learn what the Chapter and its members do. Over 115 members are pictured at field trips, festivals, picnics, bird walks, special events and outreach activities.
If you have ever considered joining the Audubon Society, but don't know much about it, here is your chance to find out.
The Sonoran Audubon Society also offers frequent free bird walks. Check the
