Be proud of it!

I am in my 30's and grew up hunting in the midwest. My first coues out here 4 year ago as a spike much smaller than that, and I shot him with a rifle @ 360 yds on the last day of the hunt. My point is, if you can get within 10 yds of one of these little buggers at your age, when most kids your age can't focus for more than 5 minutes on something, you are well on your way to bigger successes. And any deer with a bow is a trophy, no matter what.
