pattern

this deer hits up this waterhole every other day sometimes late and other times early around 1700 and on the weekends when there is heavy traffic thru area he seems to come in around 2300 give or take 30 min and seems always to come in from the west there is a huge rub right by the tank dont no if it him or other buck i posted pic of or this 2x2 i see all the time but like i said i have looked all over for this buck and never see him during the day hunt is almost over going to give it a few more tries

west?

i was scouting with my kids for a jr hunt this year and had a doe bedded not 20 yards from us.we had no idea she was there.after two hours of glassing(and begging my 11 year old to sit still)she came busting out of a cedar.whats funny about it is chances are your buck has seen you walk past him.i would of course look for were he beds to the west.sounds like a mid week hunt would be the best because of less traffic in your area.good luck!i hope you get him he is a great desert close to home buck.God bless.

nope

u are going to wrong direction i would say more north east like u would be heading towards superstitions. we call the area the tanks cuz theye are all over the place and some huge waterholes that were built for cattle. u can actually take the road all the way to queen valley dont no the name of road though. take occotillo past ironwood but that all i can tell
