We regulate mobile food and illegal health issues. The Center For Disease Control has prohibited sale of all turtles under 4 inches. Our unit has issued citations to vendors for "no mobile pet shop permit". We can issue citations and this usually stops the activity. We have a vendor that will not comply and I was inquiring to whether your officers can seize the turtles if we jointly stop him. He has been cited multiple times and been given financial judgments, but won't stop. His latest site is Southern and Mesa Dr on Saturdays 112:00-2:00. He operates from a white honda accord.
